SERVO NUTRUNNER
Management Software ENRZ-PC40
The management software specially designed for the SERVO NUTRUNNER enables various settings from a single PC.
It also provides rich maintenance features to dramatically increase convenience of the SERVO NUTRUNNER system.
- Applicable OS (Windows2000 SP4/XP SP2/Vista or later versions)
- Applicable Language (Japanese / English)
Startup
Executes the station number setting of nutrunner system, uploads/downloads the setting data.
Master Controller
Executes system setup, print parameter setup, device assignment and sequence program setup. (It cannot be used when master controller is not connected.)
Axis Controller
Executes data communication setup, program setup and system setup for AU.
Fastening Result Monitor
Monitors the fastening result data during sequence program operation of master controller.
Data
The software displays and prints various data stored in the controllers and saves it in a file. (* The data saved in the file is output in CSV format.)
- Fastening Result History Data : 2000 records <Axis Controller>
- System Error History : 50 records at maximum <Axis and Master Controller>
- Torque Curve Data : The torque curves of the stage group can be gathered and continuously compounded.
Maintenance
Various functions convenient for maintenance and operational adjustments such as "Maintenance Log Information", "Monitoring Input / Output Signals" or "Executing their Forced Outputting", "Checking Torque / Angle Data" etc. from each connected unit are made available.
